Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing Intercel products. To protect your interests and rights, please carefully read the following Warranty Policy.

Intercel Pty Ltd warrants that its ‘Products’ are defect-free within our warranty period and under normal use. All products purchased from Intercel come with a 2-year warranty. This limited warranty only covers products (Solutions) purchased from an authorized Intercel Pty Ltd distributor or retailer. 

Products purchased from a private individual or an illegal dealer may be ineligible for Intercel warranty service. This warranty term starts with the purchase date of your original product. It makes no difference how often the product has been changed throughout the warranty period. Moreover, the policy covers any material and/or manufacturing flaws in the device, antenna, and external power supply.

The warranty policy does not cover packing, cables, software items, technical data, or any other accessories. If your purchased product fails to function within the warranty period, it can be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced with a new product,
  • Replaced with a similar repaired product
  • Repaired
  • Or replaced with a different product that meets the same functionality if the original product is no longer available.

1.1 Non-Warranty

Intercel Pty Ltd's warranty does not apply if:

  • (a) The product assembly seal has been removed or damaged
  • (b) The product has been altered or modified, except by Intercel
  • (c) The product damage was caused by the use of non-Intercel Pty Ltd products
  • (d) The product has not been installed, operated, or maintained according to Intercel's instructions
  • (e) The LTE product/solution has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident
  • (h) Intercel Pty Ltd does not charge a purchase price or cost for the product that is given or licensed for beta, evaluation, promotional, testing, or demonstration purposes.

Without limiting the above, Intercel makes no warranty that the Hardware or Software will operate continuously or without errors. Furthermore, Intercel Pty Ltd does not guarantee that any equipment, system, or network on which the product is used will be immune from intrusion or attack. Because new methods of hacking and attacking networks are constantly being developed. The hardware and software may contain or be packaged with third-party software or service offerings. This limited warranty does not cover such third-party software or service products. Remember, our limited warranty does not ensure the long-term availability of a third-party service that the product may require.

1.2 Out of Warranty

Intercel will repair or replace damaged products, as long as the relevant components are available. Yet, the client is responsible for two-way shipping, packaging, insurance, repair/replacement service fees, and any other charges, including labor and components.

The client is required to ship damaged items freight prepaid to Intercel. Intercel Pty Ltd will send repaired products freight and deliver them to the customer. If the customer has any other pending delivery, the repaired products will be dispatched alongside it. Otherwise, the item will be sent separately.

The customer is responsible for notifying its clients/end users about Intercel's product interoperability and compatibility. All out-of-warranty items returned for repair or replacement services are guaranteed to be defect-free in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days after Intercel Pty Ltd's delivery.

1.3 Limitation of Damage

Intercel Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any additional warranties or obligations made by resellers, agents, distributors, or other third parties. If they offered you an additional commitment or warranty, please request a written document to protect your rights and interests.

In addition to the above-mentioned warranty terms, Intercel will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages. It may include damages for lost data or lost profiles, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product. And the product will not exceed the amount paid for the product by you.

1.5 Warranty Disclaimer

Customers may only return products if they are damaged due to incorrect order assembly or manufacture. The products are intended for usage by trained and experienced individuals. 

Intercel Pty Ltd is not accountable for defects or malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, disasters, inappropriate maintenance, or insufficient installation. Such as failing to follow operating instructions (including failing to heed warnings) or using it with equipment it was not designed for.

The warranty does not cover any consequential losses. Supplementary product equipment (e.g., PSU, power cables, antennae) is not covered by warranty unless the accessory is damaged upon delivery. 

1.6 Appendix: 

  • This warranty policy does not cover distributor or retailer warranty conditions, and Intercel is not accountable for them.
  • Keep the documentation you got with your purchase if you want to claim the distributor's or retailer's warranty.
  • In the case of direct or indirect damage that prevents the product from functioning normally. Intercel takes no responsibility for the obligations required by the laws of other countries.
  • Intercel will not respond to losses caused by harm, such as improper application and configuration usage or third-party allegations.
  • For health and safety concerns, consumers are prohibited from bringing damaged items to an office to obtain a replacement.
  • All faulty items may be returned by mail, and replacements will be processed per the RMA procedure and policy.
  • Intercel reserves all rights, including interpreting and modifying this warranty policy.

NOTE: This warranty will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1.6 Changes to Warranty Policy
